Burner used in our boiler is practically suitable for all applications. Depending on our customer's requirements, either a pressure jet type or rotary cup burner can be usedto fire different types of fuel used such as liquid fuel from standard diesel oil to a higher viscosity heavy oil, Liquidify Petroleum Gas (LPG), or even waste processed gas.

A dual combustion system, with either simultaneous or sequential firing can be installed onto the system. In order to achieve the highest efficiency with the lowest projected cost possible, an optimal combination of the burners and the fuels are hence selected.



A float and electrode types of Water Level Controller are use in our boiler providing a set of protection stages for water level. Special version of the controllers can be used to modulate the water input in order to maintain the water level inside the boiler. Water level gauges used are the reflex glass type to facilitate an easy reading.




Control system is ranging from the conventional relay version for a small boiler to a more advanced Distributed Control System (DCS) for a larger boiler. The DCS can be further used to control the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)of the water as well as modulate the boiler operation.

DCS can also control and monitor the boiler house periodically and providing information such as the boiler condition, calculate the boiler's efficiency and troubleshooting that can be read by a windows based program.


Three element controls is an ultimate special feature of our boiler control system that is able to monitor the steam output and consequently modulate the feed-water input as well as the burner's output to ensure a maximum boiler efficiency and an optimal steam quality.
