Chemical Dosing System

To enable treatment of boiler feedwater with chemicals that protect against boiler scaling and corrosion. The amount and type of chemical treatment will vary depending upon the individual conditions, need and application.

Economizer

To Recover energy by utilizing heat from the flue gas leaving the boiler, and also captures the latent heat of the condensate collected as the flue gas for natura gas firing.

De-aerator

To produce better quality of steam as well as to protect your boiler from the corrosion caused by the presence of non-condensable gases by minimizing O₂ content in the water.

Water Treatment

To produce conditioned water to reduce the minerals which produce detrimental scale formation on the heat transfer surfaces in the boiler. Water treatment can be as simple as sand and carbon filter or as complex as Reverse Osmosis or De-mineralization plant.

Flash Tank

To recover flash steam from the steam condensate in order to increase energy recovery.

Daily Oil Tank & Heater

To preheat the higher viscosity fuel such as heavy oil for better oil-pumping and combustion
