Similar to that of Teha® Boiler, this boiler utilizes: The Three Pass Horizontal Fire Tube Steam Boilers system with combustion chamber during its first pass and flame tubes on its second and third passes. Very high ratio of heat exchange area relative to its steam capacity. Designed with a large reserve space for steam and water to provide the ability to withstand any sudden surge of steam or steam shock in the system - assures a dry saturated steam output. Wet-backed design mechanism to allow more heat space recovery in the combustion area that in turns lead to higher efficiency and extended life span for the boiler. Customer will have the option of choosing different type of fuel source such as light or heavy oil, natural or Liquid Petroleum Gas. Boiler's controller can be operated via a PLC system or an advanced DCS boiler control and monitoring system. Higher efficiency can be obtained by installing a waste recovery system or economizer. Allows simple foundation construction and facilitates easy handling where forklifts can be used instead of cranes during the installation or relocation process.
