Pneumatic Spreader-Stoker Fired Boiler
A water tube boiler with natural circulation, single drum and p–form arrangement.
Features :
- Furnace structure is an open style to meet the requirement for semi-suspension firing.
- Boiler drum, water wall, superheater, economizer and tubular air preheater are supported by the steel structure.
- Cyclone separator and corrugated plate steam demisters are fixed inside the drum.
- Consists of 4 sets of pneumatic spreaders with scraper coal-feeders and a cross beam style grate stoker. Its ability to accommodate various load capacity is more advantageous that a simple chain grate stoker without spreader.
- Fly ash collector on the rear part of the boiler.
