PRIMATRON STEAM BOILER
A Three Pass Combined Flue and Smoke Tube Boiler
The flame of the burner penetrates deep into the closed end of the combustion
chamber and then reverses back to the front of the boiler into the flame tubes.
- The first phase of heat exchange process is by radiation during the combustion
process.
- The second phase occurs when this combustion gas reverses direction enveloping
the flames.
- The third phases of heat exchange process is the same as the second phase but
by convection. It occurs along the smoke tubes.
Advantages:
- The reverse flue covers the main flame from the burner preventing overheating in
combustion chamber.
- It has a turbulator inside the flame tubes, which produces turbulence that result
in a better combustion efficiency.
- It has economical value because of its simple construction.
Our Primatron Steam Boiler ranges from 1,000 kg/hr up to 5,500 kg/hr.
