Our latest boiler is one designed by Ygnis AG of Switzerland
using the world-renowned Royal Combustion system.
Using the Three Pass Combined Flue and Smoke Tube Steam Boilers
Technology from Ygnis Bolier, this boiler is unique in that it operates in such a way that the
flame from this burner is able to penetrate even further onto the closed-end of the combustion chamber.
Under this unique technology:
The flame is enveloped in a flue gas that will then
reverse to the front-end of the boiler and flow into a reverse direction again through the flame tubes
straight onto the chimney.
As the flame of the burner does not come in direct contact with the wall of the combustion
chamber, this unique design will prevent overheating in the boiler.
With this design producing turbulences during the transition part of the flame and the flue
gases, it allows for a more thorough mixing of the fuel with air during the combustion process.
Heat transfer is more evenly distributed in the combustion chamber and heating surface of
these flame tubes thereby generating a better heat exchange efficiency ratio.
Produces an even thermal expansion of the body.
More efficient heat transfer is achieved as the dry saturated steam can be generated in a
relative short period of time.
Through its uniquely designed one-door construction, the front-end of this boiler allows
for easy preventive and breakdown maintenance as one can easily access the flue gas/flame-side of the boiler.
The water side of this boiler is easily accessible through numerous strategically located
manholes or hand-holes.
