PULVERIZED COAL-FIRED BOILER

Pulverized Coal-fired Boiler

A single-drum natural circulation type, inverse U-form, arranged and pulverized coal-fired with dry bottom. It is of full steel structure, in-door or out-door installation. The furnace is top supported and the back pass is bottom supported. Membrane walls are used both in the furnace covering a cross section dimension, and in the roof pass of superheater zone. The boiler is full gas tight.

There is a cyclone separator and feed water washing device inside the drum. Behind the furnace outlet, a high-temperature superheater and lower-temperature superheater are arranged in turn on the horizontal pass. The whole furnace, the horizontal pass and the corning gas chamber are top supported, expanding from the top to the bottom freely. The two-stage economizers and air preheaters are supported by steel structure. The related discrepancy arising from the subsequent expansion is compensated by the expand-joint.

Base on transferred technology, wide range pulverized-coal tangential firing burners are arranged at the four corners of the furnace. These burners have good suitability to great variety of coals and good stability for low-load burning. Additionally, the burner is well protected by water-cooled sleeve structure.

The superheater steam temperature is adjusted by a water-spray-desuperheater.
