Manufactured under
licensed and in accordance to stringent German design, standard and technology
requirements, Teha® Boiler is most ideal for medium range
usage of between 1ton/hr - 6ton/hr. This particular range of boiler
is unique in that:

- Three Pass Horizontal Fire Tube System utilizing the combustion
chamber during its first pass and the flame tubes on its second and third
pass.
- Very high ratio of heat exchange area relative to steam capacity.
- Provide the ability to withstand any sudden surge of steam
or steam shock in the system hence assuring a dry saturated steam output
as it is specially designed with a large reserve space for steam and water.
- Wet-backed design mechanism to allow more heat space recovery
in the combustion area - thereby leading to higher efficiency and longer
life span for the boiler.
- Easy to operate as customers will have the option of choosing
different type of fuel source such as light or heavy oil, natural or Liquid
Petroleum Gas.
- Can be operated via the PLC system or an advanced DCS boiler
control and monitoring system.
- Higher efficiency can be obtained by installing a waste recovery
system or economizer.
- Robust support structure allows simple foundation construction.
- Allow simple foundation construction to facilitate easy handling
- forklifts instead of cranes can be sued - during the installation or relocation
process.
